At Velqentrax S.A.S. (CUIT 30-71789542-3, hereinafter "Velqentrax", "we") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of the Argentine Republic and complementary regulations issued by the Access to Public Information Agency (AAIP).
1. Data controller
Velqentrax S.A.S., with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 7, Office 712, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through the velqentrax.com website.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address and, where applicable, phone number, CUIT/CUIL and address details when you voluntarily provide them by subscribing to our newsletter, completing interest forms or requesting information about real estate crowdlending projects.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send commercial communications related to investment opportunities in Argentine real estate developments, provide support, comply with regulatory obligations before the CNV and the UIF (anti-money laundering), and improve the quality of the platform.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express consent, granted when completing our forms, as well as on Velqentrax's legitimate interest and, where applicable, on the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations applicable in the Argentine Republic.
5. Data retention
We will retain your personal data while you maintain a relationship with Velqentrax and, subsequently, for the legally required periods (10 years for accounting and anti-money laundering documentation, in accordance with UIF Resolution 30/2017).
6. Recipients and international transfers
Your data may be shared with technology, marketing and audit service providers acting as data processors under contract. When a provider is located outside Argentina, we ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with AAIP Provision 60/2016.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to processing. To exercise them, you can write to us at privacidad@velqentrax.com. The AAIP, with address at Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 2, C.A.B.A., is the control body of Law 25,326.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS 1.3 encryption, access controls, continuous monitoring) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss or improper disclosure.
9. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be available at velqentrax.com/en/privacy with its corresponding last update date.
